hey, i understand how you feel. i was dx with low-stage endo as well.
and my gyn said that the location will determine how much pain. i had a
significant amount of pain (to the point of taking painkillers, missing
work, etc). i had endo in several places, but the stuff on the
utero-sacral ligament is what caused a majority of the pain.
as for adhesions, bcp will not help them. but bcp will help keep the
endo at bay, and it should reduce any pain from it. i just started
yasmin. it's a really low-dose pill, so i hope it doesn't cause too
many side effects. i don't know much about seasonale. i think it
depends on the dose of the pill as to how it helps endo pain. not
really sure though. my doc gave me the option of patch, ring, or yasmin
i think because of the low amount of estrogen.
there have to be better doctors out there for you. my current gyn is
the 7th one i've seen. i got really lucky to find him. ask around at
work if you have to. you might find someone really good that way.
good luck.
