Hi! Seeking BC pill inform. for utero-sacral endo, adhesion of bowel advice &/or Boston specialists re: this PLEASE!

This is my first forum ever! I'll try to be brief. I'm 32. Began with significant pain (sciatic/low back and bowel/ severe constip. issues last November...actually began yrs. earlier; i just didn't connect the symptoms...) when I was under lots of stress...to the point where I couldn't walk. Months later, after seeing my ?6th doctor and several Colerectal tests later which showed rectocoele's and abnormal pelvic floor distention and my 3rd GYN I was finally diagn. in May by lap. surgery with "STAGE ONE" utero-sacral endo, SLIGHT adhesions and a 3x3 uterine fibriod. Still not happy with the GYN who diagnosed and treated me with Lupron for he doesn't make total sense. I capitalized the words "stage one" and "slight" because that is what's thrown in my face...not the fact that I am in lots of pain at times. Also, when I "interviewed" him prior to the diagnostic surgery, he wouldn't agree to remove the endometriosis, and said there's no such thing as an endo specialist. He is not treating my pain (luckily PCP does)...although he does agree with me that small amt. of endo can be quite painful (but doesn't believe it causes disability AT STAGE ONE especially even though I constantly have to walk/lift/bend at work) So I had to change my job!

I have just completed 6 mo. of Lupron inj. and although I haven't had my period, I still have had intermittent pain (decreased amt. though) and still bowel issues. Could this be due to the slight adhesion between my bowel and pelvic wall? My gyn has not given me a sufficient answer to this, infact he's now telling me to begin BC pill and seek a surgeon, a level above him in a major city who ?cauterizes nerves etc. That "peaved" me off! NOW, HE'S TELLING ME TO SEE A SPECIALIST!!! I ASKED ALL THE RIGHT QUESTIONS initially AND FEEL D...AROUND! (EXCUSE MY WORDS PLEASE)

IS THERE A DOCTOR OUT THERE WHO KNOWS WHAT TO DO? WHICH BC PILL IS THE BEST (i started SEASONALE today) And about adhesions and bowel involvement?

Well, so much for being brief (sorry) If anyone has any suggestions or MD's in the Boston/Worcestor area that would be awesome. thank you for reading!
