Hi Sara, I too have a similar ?thing? attached to my Left ovary, seen on an u/sound. I get pain down my left leg and somtimes into my foot it is so bad. I believe that usually you ovulate alternately from each ovary, hence some months may appear better than others. It may well be a chocolate cyst (due to endometriosis). I think a CT scan is a very good idea because you can never be too careful. Good Luck Sara. That is what I will be doing at my next visit as well. Lindsey
