all the research i've read says that if you have severe endo and
adhesions, once they are removed, your chances go up. ivf is a really
good option for you (although it's frightfully expensive). for people
like me with low-stage endo, surgery and treatments don't help much.
surgery did help my pain, but it didn't help my fertility. but that's
because no one is really sure how minimal/mild endo causes infertility.
if you had adhesions removed and all blockage is gone, you should have a
pretty good chance. i have no idea what to tell you about a thin
uterine wall though. have you seen a reproductive endocrinologist? they
specialize in infertility.
