Dear Melody: I can feel your pain and it does sound like all the
symptoms of ENDO. You are not alone. I suggest that you see an ENDO
Specialist who specifically treats this unbearable disease. IF you like
more info re: ENDO pls check this website: http://www.geocities.com/endovictims
and scroll down and click on "Finding a Doctor who really can Treat
Endo" http://www.hcgresources.com(This helps with any questions you might have
for the Doctor). Also invest in the Booklet "The Endometriosis
Sourcebook" by Mary Lou Ballweg and The Endometriosis Association I
found it very helpful.
I too am experiencing this dreadful disease since 1999, had surgery, and
it came back with a vengeance and close to having surgery. When I had
the Surgery in 1999, I did not know I had ENDO (thought it was
appendicities) and the Dr. who performed the surgery was not an ENDO
specialist. I learned my lesson that it is impt to seek an ENDO
specialist who can try and get it all out. All the symptoms you
described are some that I have been experiencing myself, especially
going through with all those tests you described and yes, the
Endometrial Biopsy is quite painful and I stopped having Ultrasounds and
going through the torture of drinking all that water. There are MRI's
which isn't painful. If I can be of further assistance, I review the
forums almost on a daily basis. Take Care and I wish you the best of
Luck!
