Re: blood in stool and anal bleeding--VERY scared

it might be a hemorroid or fissure. but only a doctor can tell you that. unless you're a contortionist, you won't be able to see for yourself either. ;)

however, it could be related to endo. i had some endo in the area between my vagina and rectum (in addition to other places). the stuff there was causing some kind of inflammation each month, and i would have diarrhea with blood the day before my periods always. once the endo was removed from that area, the stuff stopped happening. it took about a year and a half to start up again.

i did have a case last month of isolated bloody diarrhea (not near my period at all). my gp had me do a stool sample. not the most pleasant experience in the world. but it will give me some answers (monday i hope). i'm hoping it was just something i ate.

it might be a hormonal thing. it might be endo. it might be a hemorroid. it might be something else. but see your doc. set your mind at ease.
