I injected myself w/150 units each day for 8 days. My Pharmacy told me that each pen (which has 900 units) costs $1000. I needed 2 pens this month, but I will be able to use what's left in the 2nd pen for next month(if need be). My insurance covers 6 cycles. My IUI costs $200, but I think it's worth it to increase your chances. I did however have 3 months of clomid (only one egg each time) and IUI. Gonal-f was my next step (I have 6 eggs this month) and had IUI last Tuesday. I hope this helps you.
