I had my last shot on August 27th and just finished my first period (which I thought would never come) last Saturday. We were told to start trying to get pregnant as soon as I had my first cycle. My dr. said that it is safe once you start your period. In fact we only were given a window of 3-4 mo. to get pregnant before they discuss fertility options because they don't want to give the endo a chance to "wake up" before I get pregnant.
