Hi lynnifer,
I must say that your story is unique to me but I might be able to help.
First, it sounds like it might be a urinary tract infection. Have the
doc take a look at your urine. Second, your pains could be from endo
but the only way to know for sure it to have a laparoscopy. One of the
keys to a person having endo is pain. I think it's really ignorant that
docs in your area don't have a wheelchair access. I'm in the US and all
docs and hospitals in the US are required to have this. I suppose a
person doesn't think about it too much unless they hear a story like
yours. You might be able to find a doctor online. It's time consuming
but easier than calling all of them in the phone book. Good luck on
your search. Your family doc should be able to rule out a urinary tract
infection without the need of a gyno. You can also see a uriologist for
bladder problems. I hope you can find a doctor to give you the help you
need. You could also call your local hospital and ask if they know a
doctor who can help.
