Montele,
I'm really sorry about your loss. Here's another **hug**.
I agree with you and holly that stress makes the pain worse. For
starters, when we are stressed, we tend to tighten our muscles. This
tension can aggrevate pre-existing pain. Maybe you could try a nice
warm or hot bath and some deep breathing to relax your tummy muscles,
the rest of your muscles, and the rest of you.
Try to get some "you" moments in.
