I received my first lupron shot in august and just had my second this month. My gyno put me on Aygestin from the very start of treatment, it alleviates many of the menopausal symptoms associated with Depo Lupron, hot flashes, osteoporosis, and others. If you would like to know more about the lupron shot there is a very informative web site http://www.endofacts.com. It also has diary in which you can document your daily pains. I hope that this helps you a little about your hesitancy with lupron treatment. Kristy
