Shawna, I also get bloated like that. It is terrible. Mine will start any day now and last about a week or so. It gets so bad that I can't wear any of my pants unless they were already way too big. I get on the scale, I weigh the same, but I feel 10 pounds heavier. Then, like it came on, it just disappears. It is so frustrating. The best thing that I can recommend is to soak in the tub. I always tend to feel better after a long bath.
