Hi Erin!

I hadn't really thought of it, but I also sleep on my side with a body pillow under the top knee. It's quite comfy, and seems to keep the belly muscles a bit more relaxed. Although my husband does say that I whimper in my sleep if I move onto my back, I don't usually sleep on my stomache so I can't help with that.

I do have a question for everyone reading this. Does anyone else bloat really badly? And does anyone have good ways to deal with it? I gain a good 10 pounds just before my period and it lasts the 7-10 days that my period lasts, then goes away for 3 weeks and comes back. It's frusterating - I hate that I have no control over my body anymore, between endo and breastfeeding.

Thanks, I hope everyone is having a good wednesday!
