Hello there Amanda; Last year after my second laparoscopy, I started aggressive fertility treatments. I started off with four cycles of Serophene, which got me ovulating, but I did not conceive. Now, I am trying Serophene and IUI. I am quite scared but, hopeful as well. You know your own body. If you have been trying for awhile, with no results and are over the age of 35, then you might want to look into your options. The only sage advice that I can recommend, is to be realistic. Even most healthy couples take time to conceive. I found myself becoming very depressed when my period would show up every month. It is a hard cycle to deal with. I wish you the best of luck.
