A little relief from pain.

I don't know if this will help anyone else, but I'm going to post it anyway, as I've had a small success with it. A few days ago, I woke up sleeping on my side (normally I sleep on my stomach), and that day, I had very little pain. Yesterday, I woke up sleeping on my belly, and trying to get my kids out the door for school reduced me to tears.

So last night, I decided to sleep on my left side. This was something I had to learn to do during both of my pregnancies, and it was made more comfortable by tucking a pillow between my knees and another under the arm on top. I managed to sleep on my left or right side most of the night. Whenever I slept on my belly, the pain woke me up, and I would shift.

The pain is very manageable this morning. Seems as if the weight of my body on my groin might be causing the surrounding muscles to tense up in compensation.
