Amanda, I am currently going through an in-virto cycle. I would suggest you start to research your options with IUI or IVF. Check and see if you have a fertility clinic near you and schedule an appt for a consultation. This way you can start to educate yourself on what all is involved and if it is something you want to pursue. It is difficult emotionally but so is trying to get pregnant every month, charting temps, having timed intercourse and then not getting pregnant! This is the route we chose to take and I am thrilled because I know exactly what is going on every step of the way and when each thing will take place. At least I feel like I have some control even though there are no guaruntees that it will work. There are many things to take into account with fertility treatments such as getting pregnant with multiples, the financial part of it and the emotional part. We gave ourselves a certain amount of time to try naturally and when it did not happen we moved on to IVF. Hopefully I will be pregnant by the end of this month!! Hope this helps. K
