Anyone on continuous BC, and get a bad period every 3 months automatically? I have been on the Ortho Evra patch continuously since May, and this is the second this has happened, and it's HORRIBLE! I never break for my period b/c my doctor didn't think it was neccesary, especially b/c my periods are so painful. I have cramps, nausea and back pain 24/7, and my flow is so heavy and I pass clots. I called my gyno, and she said that this is breakthrough bleeding, probably from the endo. She said to keep the patch on, since I'm having my lap in a week. Anyone else experience this?
