Rachael,

I had to pay the "shipping" fee once because they wouldn't fax me my records. Just a little advice... if you have seen several different doctors, but are counting on this doctor to send you everything they have (including the other doctor's records), tell them you want everything. My doctor only sent me the records from their office. I had to go back and call my other doctors and request the records again.

Also, be sure to keep a copy for yourself once you get them. This will help save time down the road!
