Previous message: Chris: "Re: Me Too" Hey Everyone, I had my post-op appointment today, I had my 4th lap about 2 weeks ago. I was able to view my photographs, wish I could say it gets easier each time I look at them after a surgery. I had exessive amount of scar tissue around my bladder, endometriosis covering my bladder and my right ovary was huge due to a cyst. On top of all other things I was pulled off of birth control due to Protein S deficiency is a genetic trait that predisposes one to the formation of venous clots. And of course birth control can cause clots. I am going for blood work tomorrow. In the meantime I am worried about dealing with my period and endometriosis without birth control, although it didn't help 100% it did help with the length and severity of my period. I refuse any drug treatments such as lupron etc. My doctor suggest looking into having a baby, not sure if I am ready for that now. So for now I really need to think about how my body will react off birth control, anyone one birth control a long time and come off? Reactions etc?
