Hi ladies! I just had to post about my great experience!! I was diagnosed with endo via lap. last February by my regular gynecologist. Since then the pain came back and I tried Lupron for 3 months. I then had excision surgery with Dr. Albee at the CEC in Atlanta, GA this past Wednesday. I am posting b/c I think that it is very important that people with bowel issues read this. My gynecologist diagnosed me with IBS when I started having my endo pain again. I have done tons of research and knew that it may not be IBS. So, anyway, I had the surgery this past Wednesday. My symptoms were: - Pain with sex - Pelvic pain (right side) - Painful bowel movements - Diarrhea followed after every meal, followed by extremely horrible abdominal cramping.

Dr. Albee found the following: - Endo on various areas - My uterus was attached to my intestines - A huge spot of endo on my intestines

He excised the above problems. And let me tell ya, when I woke up from surgery I felt like a different person!!! I was in pain from the surgery, but the pulling pain I had was gone! And I don't have the cramping!!

If anyone was ever thinking about going to this doctor and has questions, I would love to tell you about him!!! The hospital was great, he was a great doctor, everyone that helped during the surgery was just perfect!! And my recovery is awesome. I was up and around walking after surgery with no problems!!!

I just had to share my good news!!!!
