Hi Mandy. I am 25 with endo. I did not react well to Yasmin either and ended up finally going on lupron after a lap.

I'm sorry to hear you have given up on your hopes of becoming a lawyer, but I can totally understand. I am in law school now. It is so difficult to sit thru 3 or 4 hours of classes in a day when you're in a lot of pain and all you want to do is go lay down.

It has also been hard to schedule surgeries in between semesters and schedule lupron injections on days I don't have school becuase they give me a headache and make me feel nauseaus on the first day.

Even on the lupron, I'm still not completely pain free and that's just really hard. I totally understand how you feel and how hard it is when a disease is robbing you of you rlife - that's how I sometimes feel!

My family isn't sympathetic either...its a good thing that my boyfriend is though. But please feel free to email me personally if you'd like to chat....this forum is great for all of us because we realize we are not alone.
