I did the tylenol thing.. That above post TrinatyDrakkar@aol.com is mine as well.. I'm not bleeding that heavily anymore, but now the pain is worse.. I also have this feeling of fullness near my bladder but I don't need to urinate.. I'm back to the heating pad..

Thank you so much for the advice.. I'm going to go to bed and wait it out.. If it isn't better tomorrow then I will go.. Thanks again everyone!
