I would go to the hospital, bleeding that much is dangerous. Soaking a heavy pad/tampon in an hour for more than one or two hours could lead to a major hemmorhage, GO TO YOUR NEAREST ER!!!!! As for pain, if you don't have stronger meds, try taking 2 Advil, then 2 hours later 2 Tylenol and so on. Also a heating pad, gravol, a sweet boyfriend, and happy movies help too. Good luck!!!
