-- Hi, I have been using Progesterone cream for a few years and I have always started using it on the twelth day from the first day day of my period. So you count 12 days from the first day that you start your period. You are suppose to use 1/4 teaspoon twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. You need to rub it into any soft skin area of the body. Examples: face, wrists, behind knees, neck inside of arm, chest. Yoiu should always alternate so that you are not using the same area all of the time. Good Luck! An excellent Progesterone cream is called Pro Help by Dr. Helen Pensanti. She is on the web at Dr. Helen Pensanti. She has been seen on Trinity Broadcasting Network and also has a web site Answered Prayers. She is a gynecologist who specializes in natural healing alternatives. I also use her vitamins. You should look into it. Take Care, Susan P.S. A jar is only $18.00
