Hi Kim, I do not mean to be so candid about this, but I had digestion problems and I did not know it. It seems the health industry norm is to have a bowel movement 2 times a day or more... Sorry to be gross but if you are not going often, toxins are staying in your body. My stomach used to bloat up like a balloon and I had pain also that felt just like endo pain. I was constipated occasionally before like you say but not always. I was going about every other day before and really thought this was not a contributor. Boy was I wrong. Sometimes diet is not enough and pain meds and other medications I hear are the main contributors. Their are many healthy remedies for this...
