Lasor or cutting out endo? Hey everyone, Has anyone heard if either treatment is better, cutting or burning with the lasor of the endo during laproscopy. I recieved a video from the endo research assoc and the doctor on there said if you just burn the endo it does not get the roots. But cutting gets all of it.
