Nausea with bowel endo - having bad dayFor more information on symptoms and treatment of endometriosis visit www.EndometriosisZONE.org. From: Mel. (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Oct 27 11:52:46 2004
Im new to endo - posted just once before. Im having a bad morning this morning. I feel so nauseated - just dont feel good. I have a few questions for you all. Had my lap on Oct 14th - have really bad endo...also attached to bowel. I also have IBS (associated with endo?). 1. Do any of you have nausea with endo? Vomiting? Burping/gas? Right now I feel so nauseated, to the point of gagging, but not getting sick. 2. Is it just my body re-adjusting after my lap - from them going in and moving things around etc.??? 3. After my lap, I got a fever, so my doctor put me on antibiotics - which gave me diarrhea. Then of course, it messes your system up. I was feeling a little bloated. Yesterday I was feeling nauseated. Had ok bowel movement. This morning woke up very nauseated. Had bowel movement with some diarrhea. Does endo make you have regular, to constipated, to diarrhea, bowel movements? Does it make you feel sick? 4. Does endo make you feel exhausted? I am tired all the time. 5. Would like to hear from women who have had endo attached to bowel. What was your surgery outcome? Did you have to wear a bag? My OBGYN says I have to have a complete hysterectomy and that they will try to peel away the endo scar tissue from my bowel. If they cannot, they might have to remove part of my bowel - then I might have to wear a bag until it heals. 6. Im going to an OBGYN specialist this afternoon. Is there any questions I need to ask (besides all these, of course)? Thanks so much, Mel. (43yrs old, California)
