Melanie and Lori, Thank you so much for the suggestions. I am going to start exercising soon, on a light regimine. My biggest problem is the sugar. I am a junk food junkie! I already avoid caffeine and I don't eat a huge amount of meat. I don't drink, but I smoke, which I know is not good. Dairy and sugar are my vices! I am going shopping tonight, so I am going to pick up some viatmins at least to get started. I am absolutely dreading taking the Ovcon...:(.

Thank so much ladies.
