Hi Mandy,

I would just like to second what Lori has said. I use progesterone cream, fish oil, liver detox, vitamins/minerals, endo diet (no wheat, dairy, meat, sugar, caffeine, alocohol) and a few other things in addition to regular exercise (4-5 days a week). I've gone from taking about 15-20 pain pills a month (max of two per day) to taking nothing. The only message my body gives as a signal to getting my period soon are breast tenderness and food cravings. It has worked wonders for me.

Good luck to you, Melanie
