It sounds like you are one of the lucky ones with endo that can just accept it and not be completely depressed. I unfortunately can't. I always try to determine what is causing it to act up. Although, you are right...you can't figure it out. However, with this said I can tell that it is related to stress for me. I also did not get endo genetically, as no one in my family has ever had any kind of female problems. I wish I could eliminate the things that seem to make it worse, but that would mean not working or going to school in order to eliminate the stress. I have not been able to relate anything else to my pain including my period, tampons, diet, or exercise. Endo just does what it wants when it wants.
