Anna,

Thanks so much for the story. I can't tell you how true it rang. Since the lap I've taken up a ballet class (embarrassing as it is) and I was thinking of quiting. I think I will keep it up just as a distraction and I'm also considering a sewing class too. I think you hit home though that stress is a hurdle that is hard to avoid. Especially when the world knows what is going on and checking back with every month :) I really appreciate the suggestion and hope you have great rest of the week.
