I was on Seasonale and experienced bleeding on and off throughout the duration of treatment. Don't worry about it! It takes the hormones about 3 - 6 months for it to work effectively. Hormones are not fast acting and as a result can take months to achieve results. After the 3 month treatment, I stopped taking Seasonale after I couldn't deal with the side effects. I felt like I was in menopause, hot flashes and night sweats.
