YES, endo causes me exhaustion! If I don't get AT LEAST 10-12 hours od sleep/rest per day I can't deal with life. Guess it is a good thing that I don't have kids. The exhaustion makes me feel like an alien or lazy slob to my boyfriend and even my family "all you do is sleep.....". Well, too bad, I need it and I've not found much to help with the energy. A MVI is a good idea, but it won't "cure" your fatigue. Just allow your self to get what ever you need, sleep, resting with legs elevated helps me also for a brief period of time. Even if you aren't sleeping schedule rest periods in your day if you can. Best of luck to you....AMY
