I had the same hot flashes and night sweats. A little weight gain 10 pounds This time. The first time I had the shot (10 years ago) i didn't have any side effects. I think I was too young (16 years old). The first time it worked like a charm and everything went away. This time it didn't. I have to go back to Dr and discuss what is next. He thinks it is time to have kids. I am 27 now but don't know if my husband is really ready. Nadine
