Hi, I had my 4th lap done 1 week ago. Yes the worst part is gas. Make sure you get up and walk around as much as you can and drink fluids afterwards. 11 Years ago I was first diagnosed and my abdomen was completely covered also. I went on the Lupron Depro shot for 6 months and luckily it went away. I have been birth control since then, but it did come back. But now that I am 27 I am looking forward to having kids, so I don't know what will happen. Post op is on the 14. Good luck with the lap. N-
