I did check it out and I talked to Michelle the next day and I promptly got the packed of information to fill out. After I had it all filled out, I promptly faxed all the information to Michelle and she called me back with a date and time to talk to Dr. Cook. I kept my appt. with him and he explained what the surgery he would do would entail. He would do a laparoscopy of my whole abdomen plus also tighten up the bladder muscles (since after a series of test - Uradynamics and Cystoscopy which proved that I was leaking urine all of the time. Also he would give me pictures and a video of my operation which no other doctor has done. I am scheduled to have a two and a half hour surgery with him on Jan. 11, 2005. I wish that I could make it sooner but other plans have come up. I will post another message when I get home from Los Gatos.
