Endo can progress rapidly and I am sure how quickly it progresses will vary from person to person. I would talk to my Doctor and ask him what he recommends. Endo is the leading cause of infertility, but you have much higher fertility chances if it has not affected your tubes. I do not have children, nor do my husband and I want to, so this isn't based on personal experience, just what I have read and been told by my own doctors. Hope this helps a little!
