Re: Luperon: Dangerous Side Effects???-to Margaret

Margaret~

I totally understand what you went through with your side effects and your doctor. I'm sorry your doctor was such a jerk. I just had a doctor say to me, after I explained to him that I'm highly sensitive to most meds, and that my past experience with Lupron, (I was on it when I was 25 and am now 27), gave me the joint pain, memory loss, hot flashes continually, wild mood dilemmas (I felt like a total meany) etc. He then said...what did you do, read the owners' manual on Lupron and basically say you had all the possible side effects there are for the drug? See, he wants me to go back on it, and I'm not at all willing. I was utterly irked at the man, and this was my first visit with this all supreme doctor who came so utterly highly recommended by so many other doctors and females. He could have fooled me. Sorry...this just happened the other day...I needed to vent. But, yes, this drug is rather abrassive for some ladies indeed, and others find it far more tolerable. I just hope, Margaret, you're feeling better.

Take care of yourself...
