Dear Ann

Yes! I can relate to you and don't be sorry for the vent, that is what this site is good for. I am in the middle of a masters degree and internship, plus a part-retail job, so I have been working and studying seven days a week, plus late nights either in classes or doing my internship as a counsellor. I have got so ill with this damn endo that I have ended up taking three months off. The financial stress is huge, not to mention that I am having a hysterectomy in 11 days time and have no children, so the emotional stress is even bigger. Plus I am losing valuable hours for my internship. What I have noticed about myself is that I have a tendency to want to do more and more despite getting sicker and sicker, to the point where I get run down. My lesson out is that in spreading myself too thin I am not going to achieve anything. You are not alone in feeling overwhelmed.

Thinking of you, Jude.
