Thank you for writing Amy! I will ask, it never hurts!! It's weird.. under the "generic medication list" under self injected, it has "leuprolide (non-depot). I wonder what that means??? If you get the self injected version, does it come in generic? I will email them and ask. I hate insurance companies!!
