Lisa, The first month I took the fish oil, EPO, and 40 mg. natural progesterone cream every day, and I noticed a big difference. Then, the second month, I cut back the cream to 20 mg. at night, and only did the fish oil and EPO the week before my period. I noticed a definite increase in the pain. The first month, I had about 2 hr. bad pain, and then this past month, about 6-8 hr. so, for me, I think it is better to stay on them all the time, and 40 mg. of progesterone cream. The reason why I cut back on that was because it was making me sleepy, so this month, here is what I am trying -- 30 mg at night, and 10 mg. in the morning. It has been better. Seems like it is all helping, but will be trial and error for awhile... I am not disciplined enough to do the diet! I don't know about the acidophilus, but have thought about adding that too. What brand do you use? Has it helped?
