Hang in there! I have some mood swings on Lupron too, but for me, they
come and go and are not consistent. Yesterday I had a day where all I
wanted to do was cry for no reason, yet today, feel fine and on top of
the world! Don't you just love hormones or lack of them? ha ha!
If it doesn't get better and is really causing you problems, just let
your Doc know. He should be able to offer some suggestions. I don't
know if add-back therapy will help the mood swings, but that is an
option to ask about. Also ask if there are any herbal supplements that
could help or if he can prescribe something. A co-worker was having
lots of mood swings on Lupron and her Doc put her on Zoloft
(anti-depressant) and she said it made a huge difference. Just a few
suggestions!
