Hi, When I was going through infertility I remember that thermometer. As it was 20 years ago it is vague. I remember the temperature drop & even though you have a low temperature it still should drop lower as I recall & then go up the next day -wasn't that an indicator of ovulation? I was always told it was. I remember charting the temperature & it always seemed correct with the mid cycle. I also thought that the egg white(sorry gross)discharge mid cycle is an indicator. Never had cramps I do not think with ovulation but ultrasounds always showed signs of ovulation by the uterus lining my gyno said. not sure if I helped you though, never had iui.
