Re: Swollen Belly

I can relate! I had to go up one clothes size in my pants because I was so bloated. Part of mine I think comes from birth control too. I am on Lupron now and not taking my pills. Amazing that two weeks after I started Lupron, my swollen belly went away and I lost five pounds, all of which I think was water weight. I still have days where I look a little bloated, just from having endo, but at least I don't look pregnant! Thank goodness I held onto my smaller size pants to wear now, but I know I will be getting the bigger ones out as soon as I go back on the pill. BCPs can definitely make the bloat worse, at least for me. I also cannot wear anything tight in the waist/belly area anymore because it makes my pain much worse.

Now we can not only suffer from endo, but go broke trying to buy clothes! ha ha! Just trying to find some kind of humor in all of this....

Hugs! Amy
