I had bi-lateral "chocolate" cysts. They were removed by my first doctor sucessfully. They have never returned.

One thing.....under no circumstance.....allow the doc to place what is called interceed on the ovaries after removal of the cysts. This almost always cause adhesions. My ovaries were pulled away from the tubes and attached to the walls of my pelvis. Dr. Redwine, who did my second surgery, found webs of adhesions most likely caused by interceed placed on my ovaries by my first doctor.
