I feel like that too and it comes and goes. I just attribute it to the endo. My body often aches and I am constantly tired, even after 10 hours of sleep. Fatigue can be caused by endo and you may be feeling worse right now since you just had surgery. Even though a lap is outpatient, it is surgery and takes awhile to fully recover from. I really don't feel like myself for a couple months after having one. All I can say is hang in there and it is not mental! If the Doc wants to question your mental state, don't see him again! I know you cannot control who to see in the ER, but that is just outrageous that he/she questioned your mental state, especially given your history with endo. Some Docs should have their licenses revoked!

Hang in there! Amy
