My chiropractor finally thought it may be the psoase muscle It is a back muscle that can get inflamed. It is located on "the inside" of the back so the pain feels like it's abdominal. I would recommend consulting with a good chiropractor especially if she had all these tests come back negative. I hope that helps and you get this message. Bright Blessings
