A Few QuestionsFrom: margaret (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu Sep 9 12:25:41 2004
I have been reading and keeping up with the forum for about a mth now and am learning so many things. I have done the laps, lupron, birth control pills, pain pills, etc. I thought my only option next was to have a hysterectomy, but thanks to all of those who have posted about the diet, progest cream, and herbal remedies I am looking at helping myself naturally. But, I have a few hundred questions that I need to ask....hahaha...maybe not that many. I was wondering about the detoxing if anyone can recommend a good detox that you can get? Please, keep in mind with answering these questions that I don't live near any health/natural food stores. I either have to get stuff off the net or from the regular grocery store. My next question is with the diet, If I don't have an organic food store around and I don't eat any fish or anything in the water for that matter; will this still be suitable for me? Is there anything natural that can help nausea? I get daily nausea/bloating so bad, I would rather deal with the pains than deal with the nausea that I get it totally keeps me from having a life. Right now I take Phenergan, but I can only take it at night because it knocks me on my butt. My last question is if anyone can recommend a good multi-vitamin? My problem with natural/herbal stuff is that they are hard for me to swallow and especially when they are the size of horse pills. I had been doing ok for a while, but I feel like I am falling back into a hole and this just isn't good timing. I appreciate any info that you can give me and also want to wish you luck on your quest to living a life with endo. margaret
