Happens to me all the time. Sharp pains that sometimes buckle my knees and make me fall down. Always comes out of nowhere too. I don't know what causes it either, but suspect the adhesions are either pulling or something hits a nerve. It is scary and embarrassing too. I've gotten some strange looks from people when I double over all of the sudden. I just want to scream at them and say if you only knew, you wouldn't give me that look!

Hang in there! Wish I had a quick fix or an answer, but I don't. Just know you are not alone.
