Hang in there hon! We are all hear for you and completely understand. If it wasn't for this forum, and some of the electronic friends I have made through it, I would probably be in an institution! Keep your chin up and try to stay positive. Easy to say and hard to do, I know. Pamper yourself some too. If nothing else, that will help with the old state of mind! Try a hot bath or a hot tub if you have access to one. My sis-in-law has one, and lives close to me, so I frequent their house. Sitting in the hot water always makes the pain feel better and does wonders to relax me. I also heavily rely on my two old friends: Advil and Heating Pad! I also use the ThermaCare patches a lot so I can have the heating pad effect at work.

You can always email me privately at ameyer@dbllaw.com if you need a shoulder or a vent session.

Hugs and hope the pain gets better, Amy : )
